Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I just had a new fire fitted by Centreline Fires. Top class fitters who were polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job, the finish is excellent and it looks stunning! Thank you. 😄

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a gas fire and surround fitted by Keith and Charlie. Was really impressed by how careful and thorough they were while fitting it. Unfortunately the next morning in the daylight we noticed a chip on the corner of the mantle. We got in touch with Centerline fires and within a week Keith and Charlie were able to come back and sort it. Excellent job, very pleased with the results.

Had my fire installed today and I can not praise everyone from Centreline enough. From the minute I walked into the showroom I received excellent advice and service. Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Outstanding service from start to finish!! Kevin in the showroom was very knowledgeable, helping us choose the right fire and surround - whilst even entertaining the children in the showroom whilst we had a good look around!! Then Andy and his team who installed it couldn’t have done a better job, the finish is perfect and they didn’t leave a bit of mess! The fire exceeds all of our expectations - if you are looking for a fire, look no further - the best in the North West!! Thanks guys!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
