Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Mike and Jay just finished installing two wood burners for our new home. Can’t recommend these guys enough, they were amazing! They talked us through every step of the installation and even though our house may have had a few unexpected properties they had a solution for every problem. We are so happy with the job they have done and the hard work they put in over the past couple of days. Thank you both and thanks Kev from Centreline as well for all of your help!

Excellent service from start to finish. We visited Centreline Fires to look at replacing our gas fire with an electric one, after having a number of issues with our gas fire which was previously bought and installed from another fireplace store. The service we received from both the staff in the store and the fitters was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the finish.

I had a stove fitted today. I can’t remember the two lads names that did the work, but they were class throughout. Professional and very meticulous. They worked very hard to ensure the job was done to a very high standard and gave a detailed breakdown of how it all works and what kind of aftercare was needed which I appreciated. Recently had a new multi-fuel log burner installed by Centreline Fires. I would highly recommend them. From the initial sales team in the showroom (no pressure & just over. £1000 cheaper than other Wirral based installer quotes) to the installation - Andy & his team and the plasterer Steve. Very neat job, no mess and all rubbish removed from site. Had an old 1980’s gas gobbler removed and the new stove installed. Punctual, smart and quick. Very, very pleased with this company and would use them again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Have wanted a flame fire forever. Childhood memories and being a happy camper around a fire. I took the plunge. The gang a Centreline Fires were amazing, not trying to make a big sale from me. They made sure I got what I wanted and for the price I wanted it for. Chris in information and sales knew his stuff. The lads who fitted it, Wow! They worked hard and gave me a masterpiece. They even cleaned up after themselves. All that was left for me to do was decorate and lit it up 💙

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation.
