We've had a new Chatsworth wood burner from Centreline fires installed today, words can't say how happy I am with the lads who did the installation, Jamie and Adam are a credit to the company. They were amazing and talked me through everything I needed to know. They cleaned up after themselves and apart from the new installation you wouldn't know they've been, thank you both!

Had a mutistove fitted yesterday. Right from the start at the showroom to Jamie and Adam fitting was fantastic service. Can’t fault anything. Very professional service and the lads left everything very tidy afterwards. Thank you highly recommended

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from start to finish!! Kevin in the showroom was very knowledgeable, helping us choose the right fire and surround - whilst even entertaining the children in the showroom whilst we had a good look around!! Then Andy and his team who installed it couldn’t have done a better job, the finish is perfect and they didn’t leave a bit of mess! Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation.
