Element 4 – CLUB 240 RD (Club Series) Gas Fire

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Lovely company, would recommend

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Members of staff where very polite and helpful. However, an item was missed off the quote by the showroom, which we didn't notice until the job was halfway completed, the item was offered after we highlighted the issue, however we budgeted for the original quote unfortunately, so we agreed to continue following their original quote, the team however was very quick with support and correcting the confusion. Installers arrived on time. They gave clear instructions on how to use the fire. They were thoughtful and courteous about the fact my partner was working upstairs and needed minimal noise. We noticed after they left that the beam wasn't flushed to the wall as it was slightly separating due to the weight, once this was highlighted the company offered to correct the issue and they gave us the impression that they wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the job. 3 stars for the multiple issues but we have had good conversations with the team, if the gap is solved and servicing in the future is good, it will change to a 4 star.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. From start to finish, this was a brilliant decision to use Centreline for our new wood burner for our home. Chris was brilliant on the phone when I called up and he invited us down to have a look at the different options at his showroom. The showroom is really well presented, with lots of options so you can actually see the different types of log burners as they have a large range in house. Nigel helped us in the showroom, he was brilliant. Very nice helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom is great, because you have 5 or so options to select (a bit like a pick n mix) so you can upgrade and really get a sense of what you want. It's not confusing, it's really clever, easy and helpful. Nigel also came and did a site survey and explained the process to us. The guys came to fit the fire. They were early and ready to roll right away. The guys were brilliant, very polite and when there was a little issue (not their fault, just the house) the guys explained everything in full and kept me informed. They were very clean, and did their best to clean everything. The fire is brilliant and so was the experience. The guys were super fast, but great. I would highly recommend this company. They are very very good.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had 2 fires fitted by Keith and Charlie a few weeks ago. Did great job, cleaned and tidied everything afterwards. Really pleased with service given by all concerned with business.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
