Element 4 – MODORE 100 Gas Fire

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

We recently had a log burner installed we are so happy with it and would highly recommend this company. Keith and Mikey went above and beyond excellent workers. Thank you.

We have just had a multi fuel burning stove installed. Centreline had installed a gas fire for us a couple of years ago so we were happy to go back to them. Mike and Jay worked hard to open up an old fire place that must have been bricked up many years ago.They did a brilliant job installing the stove, taking care of our furnishings and removing all the bricks and rubble which they later took away. Mike was both helpful and informative on the workings of the stove which looks great. We are now looking forward to using it in the coming winter months.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Great service from start to finish. Graham helped us find the perfect product for us and then Jamie and Adam built our media wall and fitted our stove for us across 2 days - left the house and drive cleaner than when they arrived, made sure it was all perfect and worked late to get it all finished ! Top service and would highly recommend !

Amazing finish, great guys… but had a plastering problem, built the wall but I’ll say shortage of plasterers??? Cost me over a week of waiting and work and eventually got it sorted!! No compensation, No apology? For ref the job install date was 24/03/25 and build design No.9

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.
