Element 4 – MODORE 240H Gas Fire

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I don't normally leave reviews but i have to mentionJamie and Adam the two guys who fitted my log burner on Tuesday 06/05/25. The professionalism these two guys showed towards their jobs is second to none. they came in with no fuss fitted my fire , kept me informed of everything they were doing and made an absolute perfect job. Took my elderly parents into showroom to buy gas fire, Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised at the prices ! Needed fire fitting ASAP as current fire broken... staff went out of their way to arrange fitting the next day ! The whole experience was amazing and my parents love their new fire..
