Element 4 – SUMMUM 100 F Gas Fire

Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Lovely company, would recommend

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

We ordered 2 multifuel fires and hearths and received excellent service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and the fitters were exceptional as they had to work around building work/workers due to extension being built. Very impressed with fires, fitting, advice and overall service.

I visited Centreline Fires a few weeks ago with a vague idea of what I wanted. Within 10 minutes I had a clear idea of what my options were and I had placed my order. The packages available made my decision really easy. I ordered that day and the fire was fitted yesterday. The staff have been incredibly helpful from start to finish and explained everything in detail. I never patronised, even though I had no idea of what fuel the existing fire even was. I wasn’t home when the fire was fitted but Keith came back that evening to explain everything to me and show me how it worked. Would recommend to anyone looking tor a great, professional service. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation.
