Element 4 – SUMMUM 70 3/S Gas Fire

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

Had our log burner fitted by Centreline yesterday. Jamie and Adam didn’t stop all day and have done such an incredible job. We are so made up with the outcome and cannot wait for the plasterer to come and plaster the walls to finish it all off. We would 100% recommend Centreline - especially Graham in the office and Jamie and Adam the fitters. Brilliant experience all around.

We had 2 great guys come yesterday to kit us out with a multi fuel fire and the both worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess they made and were very informative on how it all worked. Hi we used centreline fires recently and all I can say is they went above & beyond to help us on our journey Graham was so helpful & knowledgeable on the phone even though I was a pest with the loads of questions!!! He was so good with me then we arranged instalation and the 2 lads that came out to fit it were very good & talked us through everything we needed to know also they are very clean workers keep the mess down So a big shout out to Keith & Lewis lovely lads, we had one little mishap that wasn't there fault & was sorted immediately.so I can with my hand on my heart totally recommend this firm for efficiency helpfulness and customer service five star all the way thanks again lads we love the fire its stunning

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Could not fault at all. From the first phone call, to popping in to choose and then to fitting. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Was honest about choices where they could have suggested I took another option at a higher price but they didn’t. Took the time to show me options of bricks with no pressure. The fitters were amazing. Grafters and then some. Working in this heat must have been tough but they didn’t stop. Even went above and beyond on making sure everything looked right. Then the end with a starter kit of wood and talking me through everything. Oh and they take the rubbish!!! Don’t know many who do that now. Can’t thank you enough!! I love it already.

From showroom to installers could not fault them even with us changing our minds Jamie the installer and his team where absolutely brilliant cleaned up made sure we where happy I'd give them 10 stars if I could Brilliant job well done 👍

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
