Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. We had a chimney breast and electric stove fitted yesterday by Jamie and his Dad. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a terrific job. They turned up on time worked consistently throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble for them. We love our new fire place and from start to finish centreline was a brilliant and professional company to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a log burner installed by Jamie and Dave, both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond letting me know of an unrelated electrical fault. Thank you guys, love my new fire :)

Had Jamie and Adam here to install a wood burner fire,I chose Centreline fires based on Google reviews and seemed to good to be true but they where brilliant punctual extremely tidy and done a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier and a credit to the company,100% would recommend, brilliant

My experience of Centreline Fires was wholly positive. Their showroom is great and they went the extra mile to get my fire installed, in the wake of an accident to one of their fitters, leaving them short-staffed. Andy & his team worked on a Sunday with minimum fuss & I am delighted with the result. Well done & I would recommend you to anyone.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
