I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Fire fitters arrived on time, sheeted up and moved some furniture. Set about their work quickly, efficiently and politely. When an issue arose re our chimney breast the problem was discussed and solution agreed. The instal was completed mid afternoon with a comprehensive handover and explanation of how to light, use and maintain the fire. The room was left clean and tidy with all waste removed from site. This is how trades should operate. The whole process, buying, fitting etc was comfortable with no pressure but professional throughout. Well done all concerned.The fire surround has not been plastered, we aren't sure how we want to finish it all off yet so was left at our request.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I visited Centreline Fires a few weeks ago with a vague idea of what I wanted. Within 10 minutes I had a clear idea of what my options were and I had placed my order. The packages available made my decision really easy. I ordered that day and the fire was fitted yesterday. The staff have been incredibly helpful from start to finish and explained everything in detail. I never patronised, even though I had no idea of what fuel the existing fire even was. I wasn’t home when the fire was fitted but Keith came back that evening to explain everything to me and show me how it worked. Would recommend to anyone looking tor a great, professional service. I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful fire.
