I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Verified Google Review Bought a wood stove last year. Made up with it at first. Noticed a crack at the back of the fire when cleaning it out for the spring this year. Minimum usage since installation. I did email in March and Graham said it could be due to wet logs, but I only ever buy store bought dried logs so I know it’s not that. He said he would send a replacement part out which I thought was great, which never arrived. I emailed recently to chase it up, no reply. Don’t say one thing and do another. Poor.

After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
