Verified Google Review Fire fitters arrived on time, sheeted up and moved some furniture. Set about their work quickly, efficiently and politely. When an issue arose re our chimney breast the problem was discussed and solution agreed. The instal was completed mid afternoon with a comprehensive handover and explanation of how to light, use and maintain the fire. The room was left clean and tidy with all waste removed from site. This is how trades should operate. The whole process, buying, fitting etc was comfortable with no pressure but professional throughout. Well done all concerned.The fire surround has not been plastered, we aren't sure how we want to finish it all off yet so was left at our request.

We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know. It looks amazing and the heat off it is incredible (our dogs love it!). Thank you so much!

Verified Centreline Review Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
