I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Verified Google Review requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
