After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Verified Google Review Can't fault Centreline one bit, they initially came out in the summer to install a wood burner but they identified a safety issue that could have turned into something major had they not spotted it. They offered recommendations on how to fix it, which I took on board. Once I got that issue resolved they got me the soonest date they had available, and they came back out to install the burner. I know a few companies that would have ignored that safety concern but Centreline actually cared about our wellbeing. They even honoured the original Summer deal price, which I was eternally grateful for. I can't recommend them enough

I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too.
