Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Graham and his team are amazing.We bought a wood burning stove from here.In the showroom they explained all the options available to us.His team fitted the stove and a new chimney breast.They were efficient,polite and did an amazing job.Wouldnt recommend anywhere else. Would give more stars if possible.So happy with end result.

Andy and the lads have just finished installing our log burner and I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. Amazing from start to finish - absolutely exceptional customer service and knowledge from the Saturday staff, getting it booked in so fast & dealing with a last minute change easily. I am in awe of Andy and his team that made such a big job so seamless, quick, clean and they really went above and beyond with care and consideration to ensure everything was perfect. Visited the showroom where there were layouts of different options each showcasing Centrelines’ stunning fires. Graham discussed our project and thereafter instructed Andy and his team to do the build and plastering finish. Trevor from Venetian Plastering was recommended by Centreline who provided the final finish. He was happy to visit on a number of occasions to provide samples and ensure we achieved the desired finish. Fantastic job done by all involved from start to finish. Hardworking team with attention to detail,, punctual timekeeping, friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would have no hesitation in recommending Centreline or using them for future projects.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff in the showroom to assist correct choice of burner, through to knowledgeable and hardworking fitters for the installation. It is our second burner, we knew that we were in good hands after the first time.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

From start to finish this company has been absolutely fantastic, spoke to Chris on the phone he advised we go to the show room and have a look round and choose what we want, we turned up the next day where we were met by the wonderful Graham, Nothing was too much trouble I had him demented with 101 questions and he was happy to answer them all! He sorted everything on that first visit and within 2 weeks the fitters came. They arrived at 9am and it was all done by 4 pm and they never left a spec of dust behind. My fire looks amazing it has completely transformed my living room and I will recommend this company everytime. Thanks so much I love it

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
