I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Excellent service from start to finish. We visited Centreline Fires to look at replacing our gas fire with an electric one, after having a number of issues with our gas fire which was previously bought and installed from another fireplace store. The service we received from both the staff in the store and the fitters was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the finish.

We just had our multi fuel stove fitted by Centraline Fires. The sales team in the shop where helpful and not at all pushy, we choose our fire with ease. The lads who came out to fit it where very pleasant, respectful and tidy. I was shown how to use the fire and they made sure I was happy before leaving. I visited Centreline Fires a few weeks ago with a vague idea of what I wanted. Within 10 minutes I had a clear idea of what my options were and I had placed my order. The packages available made my decision really easy. I ordered that day and the fire was fitted yesterday. The staff have been incredibly helpful from start to finish and explained everything in detail. I never patronised, even though I had no idea of what fuel the existing fire even was. I wasn’t home when the fire was fitted but Keith came back that evening to explain everything to me and show me how it worked. Would recommend to anyone looking tor a great, professional service. I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful fire.

I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me. I would recommend Centreline without hesitation and will definitely be a return customer with any future projects. Thankyou centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
