New Forest 870 Electric Fire Media Wall

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

We recently chose Centreline Fires to install our first log burning stove and we couldn't be happier. From the initial contact with Graham who was pleasant & knowledgeable. To our installers Jamie & Adam who were professional, courteous and efficient. We're thrilled with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone. Bring on those cold winter evenings! Will & Eve 🤙

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

I just had a new fire fitted by Centreline Fires. Top class fitters who were polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job, the finish is excellent and it looks stunning! Thank you. 😄

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

Excellent experience all round from Centreline Fires, from in-store service to installation and post-installation advice. Very professional throughout, and great customer service. Can't recommend highly enough.

PROMPT FRIENDLY !!! GREAT GUYS CLEAN AND SURPERB JOB! SO GOOD I BOUGHT TWO!! PICTURES TO FOLLOW 5 STAR !!!

We came across Centreline Fires on instagram and enquired about their stove package. From the first enquiry, to fitting it was a total of 4 days. The team were very helpful in discussing our options and the process was very quick and straight forward. Mike and Jay who came to fit our stove were friendly and professional, ensuring we knew all the details about the stove once installed. We would highly recommend Centreline Fires, we couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you!
