I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Cannot fault centreline from start to finish. The fitters went above and beyond to make sure it was installed on the day. They gave us clear instructions on how to use it and aftercare. They prepped the room and cleaned up everything before they left. 100% recommend and would definitely use again.

What a five star company! Keith and Charlie were amazing from start to finish. They were polite, respectful and really friendly. They ensured everything was done with minimal disruption and mess. Our job proved rather complicated with some unforeseen surprises in the chimney stack. Keith came up with plan b and saved the day! Nothing was to much and nothing was a problem. The stove and surround is amazing! It fits perfectly in our farmhouse kitchen and will be enjoyed for many years to come. Keith talked me through all The paper work, demonstrated how the stove worked and all the safety measures. The company also provided us with a carbon monoxide monitor which I thought was a great extra. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and they have been a delight to deal with from start to finish. A big thank you to Chris who looked after us in the showroom.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I couldnt recommend Centreline any higher. One cold day we went out looking for a log burning stove. First showroom we went into was freezing, looked like a building site and didnt have a member of staff in sight. We walked round and left. Next stop was Centreline. We walked into the showroom to a roaring log fire, tastefully decorated and welcomed by a member of staff who gave us some ideas and left us to decide what we wanted. Half an hour later we bought the stove package we wanted and left with a fitting date 2 weeks later. The big day came, Mike and Jay turned up to fit the fire. They were extremely professional and polite and made the job look effortless despite the few hiccups they found along the way. This is how you run a business that delivers what you promise. Honestly if you are reading this review and thinking of buying a fire, don't waste your time going anywhere else, just get yourself down to Centreline Fires.

Had our multi fuel woodburner fitted today after visiting the showroom several weeks ago where the staff were helpful, informative and approachable. The fitters today were pleasant, worked so hard and very informative. Thanks to all for a great job!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
