Brilliant service from start to finish. The sales person was extremely informative. The fitters were extremely professional and friendly, explaining in detail how to use our new multi fuel stove. I would highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone who is considering purchasing a multi fuel stove.

Andy and Lewis did a great job fitting our media wall today. They were very efficient, polite and tidy, and we’re delighted with the look of our new fire!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We had 2 great guys come yesterday to kit us out with a multi fuel fire and the both worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess they made and were very informative on how it all worked. Have wanted a flame fire forever. Childhood memories and being a happy camper around a fire. I took the plunge. The gang a Centreline Fires were amazing, not trying to make a big sale from me. They made sure I got what I wanted and for the price I wanted it for. Chris in information and sales knew his stuff. The lads who fitted it, Wow! They worked hard and gave me a masterpiece. They even cleaned up after themselves. All that was left for me to do was decorate and lit it up 💙

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
