Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. Went browsing around centreline fires always wanted a log burner Graham and Steve were very helpful explained everything, left ordering my fire. Two weeks later Keith and Charlie arrived to install my fire it only took 5 hours they were friendly helpful and tidy it was great experience.
