Chesneys Salisbury 12 Series

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Can't speak highly enough of Centreline Fires. From Sylvia in the showroom who talked us through the different options and process, to Mike and Jay who came onsite and fitted it. Done and dusted in just over half a day, cleaned up after themselves, and talked me through it. We are chuffed to bits with the finished results!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

From start to finish the fellas from centreline fires did a great job.andy and lewis were spot on clean and tidy and very helpfull.steve the plaster did a great job .kevin the owner and the other lads in the showroom could not fault I wish every company was like this. Centreline have fitted 2 fires for us in our new house. The service from start to finish from Graham in the office to all of the fitting teams has been faultless. We’re thrilled with the finished products too and couldn’t recommend Centreline highly enough.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Andy and the lads arrived today to install our long awaited media wall. They did an amazing job, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and polite. They tidied and hoovered up after they had finished. We would definitely recommend Centreline. Graham and the staff in the showroom were also extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had to postpone several times due to the delay of the completion date of our property, however this wasn’t a problem. Excellent service all round.
