Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Jamie & Danny came to fit my log burner today, excellent job, very professional, cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed! Painless process from going into the showroom to the fitting !

Cannot fault centreline from start to finish. The fitters went above and beyond to make sure it was installed on the day. They gave us clear instructions on how to use it and aftercare. They prepped the room and cleaned up everything before they left. 100% recommend and would definitely use again.

Hi we used centreline fires recently and all I can say is they went above & beyond to help us on our journey Graham was so helpful & knowledgeable on the phone even though I was a pest with the loads of questions!!! He was so good with me then we arranged instalation and the 2 lads that came out to fit it were very good & talked us through everything we needed to know also they are very clean workers keep the mess down So a big shout out to Keith & Lewis lovely lads, we had one little mishap that wasn't there fault & was sorted immediately.so I can with my hand on my heart totally recommend this firm for efficiency helpfulness and customer service five star all the way thanks again lads we love the fire its stunning

When purchasing our new log burner package, Graham, the owner, was extremely informative, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, from the different burner options to what would work best for our existing fireplace setup. His knowledge and guidance gave us real confidence in our choice. When it came to the installation, Keith and Charlie were brilliant. They were incredibly professional, hardworking, and meticulous throughout the entire process. The job wasn’t straightforward – there were a few challenges with our existing fire and surround – but they tackled every issue with skill and determination, finding clever solutions and never cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They protected all surrounding areas, kept everything neat while working, and left the room spotless at the end of the day . Their attention to detail and pride in their work were clear to see, and the final result looks absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the installation. Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed.
