Absolute 5* experience with Centreline Fires and would not hesitate to recommend. We travelled from Wigan to Centreline after visiting many showrooms close to home were too pushy for sales, they didn't even come close to our experience with Centreline. Kev is really knowledgeable and no hard/pushy sales! He actually recommended we didn't spend more on a higher range fire (and he could have said nothing and made more money out of us but he gave his honest opinions and they were taken into account). From the minute we stepped foot through the door we were in safe hands. From ordered to fitting was less than 3 weeks! Incredibly impressed. The fitters who came out on the day were equally as fab, covered all furniture and left the job clean and tidy! (They literally didn't stop and didn't even take a break to get the job done!) In the process of having an extension and will definitely be returning to Centreline for another fire in several month times! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

I suspected, when looking for installers, that an off the shelf solution wouldn't work for me in my old property. From my first call with Sylvia exploring if it would be possible to keep my existing surround, to my long showroom guide with Chris and my number crunching with Graham, the showroom team were excellent in every respect. They were knowledgeable and patient while I wrestled with the options and finally decided on a new surround and a few upgrades that suited my taste and room. Fitting day dawned and Jamie and Adam arrived promptly at the time expected. The work was no walk in the park for them. The first discovery was that my fireplace extended into my cellars, this was solved with additional lintels. The second was a brick fall and the discovery that the mid-feathers in my 1880 build shared chimney had collapsed at some point in history necessitating a visit with my neighbour, all handled professionally and flue liner fitted successfully in consultation with their roofer. The next challenge was uneven walls and floor which made finding a level for the hearth a nightmare, and the final challenge was lining up the diamond patterned chamber that I'd chosen. All this to say that if you expect your property to be challenging (and even if you don't) you're in safe hands. These additional challenges were handled with good humour and a fantastic work ethic. They were clean and tidy and didn't stop from 9am until they finished around 5pm. I don't even remember them stopping for lunch. The included photos really don't do it justice because I've not finished touching up paint or put the room back together yet but it gives an idea of the workmanship and finished look. I'm honestly delighted and I'll be getting Centreline back to tackle the other room when I can. I would not go anywhere else.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

We had our log burner stove installed by Jamie and Adam from Centreline Fires who worked endlessly throughout the day and have done a fantastic job! I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Wooden beam not properly installed, slight gap between it and the wall. Forgot part of our original order (tiles) even though it was written on the order we sent them and told us it hadn't been included in the original quote so it was going to cost us a lot more than originally quoted. Installed a TV hole but when we put the TV mount and TV up cracks started appearing so we had to take the plaster off and reinforce the wall ourselves to hold the TV.
