We had a log burner installed by Centrelines and it's absolutely amazing - we literally could not be happier with it! Absolutely faultless service. We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know. It looks amazing and the heat off it is incredible (our dogs love it!). Thank you so much!

Had my fire installed today and I can not praise everyone from Centreline enough. From the minute I walked into the showroom I received excellent advice and service. Brilliant service from start to finish. The sales person was extremely informative. The fitters were extremely professional and friendly, explaining in detail how to use our new multi fuel stove. I would highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone who is considering purchasing a multi fuel stove.

Can't fault Centreline one bit, they initially came out in the summer to install a wood burner but they identified a safety issue that could have turned into something major had they not spotted it. They offered recommendations on how to fix it, which I took on board. Once I got that issue resolved they got me the soonest date they had available, and they came back out to install the burner. I know a few companies that would have ignored that safety concern but Centreline actually cared about our wellbeing. They even honoured the original Summer deal price, which I was eternally grateful for. I can't recommend them enough

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Fantastic 5* experience from start to finish with Centreline Fires, from being shown the electric fire options by Graham in the show room to the media wall fit by Andy and his team and Travis and his team on electrical, plastering is superb by Mike and team who also offer Venetian plastering. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
