Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Absolutely made up! From start to finish the process was easy with plenty of options given along with information by staff in store. I got the stove package and upgraded to the Chesney Beaumont 5, which i highly recommend . Keith and Charlie who fitted the stove were an absolute pleasure educating me on everything as they worked through. They worked extra to ensure the job was complete in a day always with smiles on their face. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends and theres a clear reason why they are the highest rated on the Wirral !

We had our log burner and surround fitted yesterday. We visited the showroom several times for advice and to look at the displays before making a decision. The in-store team including Sylvia, Graham and Chris were all very knowledgeable and explained what options would be possible for us. We upgraded from the basic package, needed to have the gas capped off and also needed a cherry picker to access the chimney. The team coordinated all this and kept us informed. Our fire and surround were fitted by Jamie and Adam. They were very careful to protect our furniture and carpet from the inevitable dust created on opening up the chimney breast and removing the backfill from the previous gas fire. They were polite and professional and worked hard and quietly to complete the whole job, including patching in on the same day. They then tidied up and educated us how to use the fire. We are delighted with our new fire and fireplace and would definitely use this company again. Thank you to the whole team!

Had my multi fuel burner fitted by Centerline, all done and sorted in one day, really nice crew did the work, very respectful of the property and clearly took pride in their work, will be getting another installation done by them soon. A neighbour has already been to have a look and is impressed, think they will be booking soon.

Fantastic 5* experience from start to finish with Centreline Fires, from being shown the electric fire options by Graham in the show room to the media wall fit by Andy and his team and Travis and his team on electrical, plastering is superb by Mike and team who also offer Venetian plastering. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.
