Hi we used centreline fires recently and all I can say is they went above & beyond to help us on our journey Graham was so helpful & knowledgeable on the phone even though I was a pest with the loads of questions!!! He was so good with me then we arranged instalation and the 2 lads that came out to fit it were very good & talked us through everything we needed to know also they are very clean workers keep the mess down So a big shout out to Keith & Lewis lovely lads, we had one little mishap that wasn't there fault & was sorted immediately.so I can with my hand on my heart totally recommend this firm for efficiency helpfulness and customer service five star all the way thanks again lads we love the fire its stunning

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

So pleased that I went with centreline. Visited the showroom, spoke with Chris who went through all the options of having a multi burner, was really well informed. The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. The guys who came to fit the fire, did an outstanding job, professional, hard working, tidied up, explained fire care and function afterwards. Thank you both so much. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations. The pictures may not do the fire place justice but it looks stunning and sets off the room, am stoked. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Centreline team.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. I am not one for writing reviews, but I feel I need to write one for this company, we went to their showroom in Wallasey to have a look at the media walls, we did not feel hassled at all, Graham helped us with all the information we needed we felt relaxed and were happy with the price, Graham sorted everything for us so we didn't have to worry about anything, he made it so easy for us, the guys who fitted the media wall and plastered it were great and very clean and respectful, I am very happy with the end result and I would defiantly recommend this company to anybody looking to get a media wall done, Ask for Graham his is great :)

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.
