After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. Mike and Jay worked hard to open up an old fire place that must have been bricked up many years ago.They did a brilliant job installing the stove, taking care of our furnishings and removing all the bricks and rubble which they later took away. Mike was both helpful and informative on the workings of the stove which looks great. We are now looking forward to using it in the coming winter months.
