Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Had our log burner fitted by Centreline yesterday. Jamie and Adam didn’t stop all day and have done such an incredible job. We are so made up with the outcome and cannot wait for the plasterer to come and plaster the walls to finish it all off. We would 100% recommend Centreline - especially Graham in the office and Jamie and Adam the fitters. Brilliant experience all around.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I suspected, when looking for installers, that an off the shelf solution wouldn't work for me in my old property. From my first call with Sylvia exploring if it would be possible to keep my existing surround, to my long showroom guide with Chris and my number crunching with Graham, the showroom team were excellent in every respect. They were knowledgeable and patient while I wrestled with the options and finally decided on a new surround and a few upgrades that suited my taste and room. Fitting day dawned and Jamie and Adam arrived promptly at the time expected. The work was no walk in the park for them. The first discovery was that my fireplace extended into my cellars, this was solved with additional lintels. The second was a brick fall and the discovery that the mid-feathers in my 1880 build shared chimney had collapsed at some point in history necessitating a visit with my neighbour, all handled professionally and flue liner fitted successfully in consultation with their roofer. The next challenge was uneven walls and floor which made finding a level for the hearth a nightmare, and the final challenge was lining up the diamond patterned chamber that I'd chosen. All this to say that if you expect your property to be challenging (and even if you don't) you're in safe hands. These additional challenges were handled with good humour and a fantastic work ethic. They were clean and tidy and didn't stop from 9am until they finished around 5pm. I don't even remember them stopping for lunch. The included photos really don't do it justice because I've not finished touching up paint or put the room back together yet but it gives an idea of the workmanship and finished look. I'm honestly delighted and I'll be getting Centreline back to tackle the other room when I can. I would not go anywhere else.

Centreline Fires should be the first port of call for anyone wanting a stove installed. The Centreline Team expertly installed a fabulous stove in my home yesterday. The whole process was simple, efficient and very professional - from the advice (and humour) of Graham in the showroom, to the expert installation by Mike & James who did everything from clearing and preparing the existing fireplace, installing the flue and chimney pot, re-plastering the chimney breast and even cleaning up and removing all of the rubbish afterwards - all in just a few hours and without any fuss or drama! From start to finish this company has been absolutely fantastic, spoke to Chris on the phone he advised we go to the show room and have a look round and choose what we want, we turned up the next day where we were met by the wonderful Graham, Nothing was too much trouble I had him demented with 101 questions and he was happy to answer them all! He sorted everything on that first visit and within 2 weeks the fitters came. They arrived at 9am and it was all done by 4 pm and they never left a spec of dust behind. My fire looks amazing it has completely transformed my living room and I will recommend this company everytime. Thanks so much I love it
