Had our multi fuel woodburner fitted today after visiting the showroom several weeks ago where the staff were helpful, informative and approachable. The fitters today were pleasant, worked so hard and very informative. Thanks to all for a great job!

Absolute 5* experience with Centreline Fires and would not hesitate to recommend. We travelled from Wigan to Centreline after visiting many showrooms close to home were too pushy for sales, they didn't even come close to our experience with Centreline. Kev is really knowledgeable and no hard/pushy sales! He actually recommended we didn't spend more on a higher range fire (and he could have said nothing and made more money out of us but he gave his honest opinions and they were taken into account). From the minute we stepped foot through the door we were in safe hands. From ordered to fitting was less than 3 weeks! Incredibly impressed. The fitters who came out on the day were equally as fab, covered all furniture and left the job clean and tidy! (They literally didn't stop and didn't even take a break to get the job done!) In the process of having an extension and will definitely be returning to Centreline for another fire in several month times! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Visited several other fire installers locally and were not impressed with either the indifferent staff or expensive quotes, then travelled a little further to Centreline Fires, Wallasey. Big difference with the welcome from both Chris on the first visit and Graham on the second compared to the others we had visited. Very helpful and very good quote for the multi fuel stove with full installation. The 2 installers, Adam and Jamie were great. Very friendly and carried out an excellent professional installation. Didn’t stop all day except for the occasional brew, thanks all. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation process and highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We have just had a media wall and fire fitted by Centreline, and the end product is top class and amazing. Kevin and his team provided a highly professional and knowledgeable service from start to finish. The showroom is well laid out with plenty of choice, and on visiting the showroom, Kevin provided excellent advice on the options available. We decided to upgrade our media wall to include Venetian plastering, and it looks stunning. I highly recommend Centreline fires as the company for your new fire if you want a 5 star job done.

What an outstanding experience we have had start to finish. Walked into the showroom in Wallasey to be greeted by Sylvia who treated my wife and I like royalty. She helped us pick out the perfect package. Jamie and Adam did our installation and what a fantastic job they did. We are delighted with our new fireplace.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.
