Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Great service from start to finish. Graham helped us find the perfect product for us and then Jamie and Adam built our media wall and fitted our stove for us across 2 days - left the house and drive cleaner than when they arrived, made sure it was all perfect and worked late to get it all finished ! Top service and would highly recommend !

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Could not fault at all. From the first phone call, to popping in to choose and then to fitting. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Was honest about choices where they could have suggested I took another option at a higher price but they didn’t. Took the time to show me options of bricks with no pressure. The fitters were amazing. Grafters and then some. Working in this heat must have been tough but they didn’t stop. Even went above and beyond on making sure everything looked right. Then the end with a starter kit of wood and talking me through everything. Oh and they take the rubbish!!! Don’t know many who do that now. Can’t thank you enough!! I love it already.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.
