After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Andy and Nigel who installed our burner were totally professional. They explained the process and gave us options where possible, cleaning up as they went along. And they were nice fellas to boot. All in all it was the right decision to use Centreline Fires. Also, Chris at the showroom gave us excellent advice, which helped us make the right choice of burner for our room. I highly recommend.
