Very pleased with my fire and the 2 lads who fitted it - lovely lads, very professional and explained everything. Took old fire/fireplace and hearth out, and took it all away. Fire looks wonderful and they cleaned up after themselves. Be good if all builders were like these two.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Graham and his team are amazing.We bought a wood burning stove from here.In the showroom they explained all the options available to us.His team fitted the stove and a new chimney breast.They were efficient,polite and did an amazing job.Wouldnt recommend anywhere else. Would give more stars if possible.So happy with end result.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Andy and the lads have just finished installing our log burner and I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. Amazing from start to finish - absolutely exceptional customer service and knowledge from the Saturday staff, getting it booked in so fast & dealing with a last minute change easily. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.
