Available in traditional matt black paint or a choice of luxurious enamels – Cream and Gloss Black. Being DEFRA exempt allows wood to be burned in smoke controlled zones, and the ability to burn smokeless fuels makes the Ashdale a practical option to heat your home, whether in the town or country.
The Ashdale is also SIA EcoDesign Ready approved, meaning that it meets the EcoDesign criteria, which will become mandatory in 2022 already. This makes the Ashdale one of the most environmentally friendly stoves available, with low CO & particle emissions and high efficiency.
This 10-year warranty covers all stove castings, it does not include consumable items such as glass, grates, bricks and door seals. This full warranty is only honoured when the stove is purchased from one of our recommended retailers. If a stove from any of our brands is purchased from a non-recommended dealer only a 12-month warranty will be honoured.

Verified Google Review Bought a wood stove last year. Made up with it at first. Noticed a crack at the back of the fire when cleaning it out for the spring this year. Minimum usage since installation. I did email in March and Graham said it could be due to wet logs, but I only ever buy store bought dried logs so I know it’s not that. He said he would send a replacement part out which I thought was great, which never arrived. I emailed recently to chase it up, no reply. Don’t say one thing and do another. Poor.

After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
