After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know.
