After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. From the initial sales team in the showroom (no pressure & just over. £1000 cheaper than other Wirral based installer quotes) to the installation - Andy & his team and the plasterer Steve. Very neat job, no mess and all rubbish removed from site. Had an old 1980’s gas gobbler removed and the new stove installed. Punctual, smart and quick. Very, very pleased with this company and would use them again.
