Just like to say a massive thank you to the staff in Centreline fires from the moment we walked through the show room doors to the fitting of our new stove all staff were friendly informative and attentive the guys who fitted it today we're amazing they left our home spotless and carried out the fit even in the teaming rain, can't recommend them enough just need to move the dog now!!!

We just had our multi fuel stove fitted by Centraline Fires. The sales team in the shop where helpful and not at all pushy, we choose our fire with ease. The lads who came out to fit it where very pleasant, respectful and tidy. I was shown how to use the fire and they made sure I was happy before leaving. We absolutely love it and can't wait to finish the room off. I would recommend Centraline Fires to anyone.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

From start to finish the fellas from centreline fires did a great job.andy and lewis were spot on clean and tidy and very helpfull.steve the plaster did a great job .kevin the owner and the other lads in the showroom could not fault I wish every company was like this. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. We had 2 great guys come yesterday to kit us out with a multi fuel fire and the both worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess they made and were very informative on how it all worked. We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting any new fires fitted. well done to all the team very quick and professional from the first phone call all the way through to being fitted.
