When purchasing our new log burner package, Graham, the owner, was extremely informative, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, from the different burner options to what would work best for our existing fireplace setup. His knowledge and guidance gave us real confidence in our choice. When it came to the installation, Keith and Charlie were brilliant. They were incredibly professional, hardworking, and meticulous throughout the entire process. The job wasn’t straightforward – there were a few challenges with our existing fire and surround – but they tackled every issue with skill and determination, finding clever solutions and never cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They protected all surrounding areas, kept everything neat while working, and left the room spotless at the end of the day . Their attention to detail and pride in their work were clear to see, and the final result looks absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the installation. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations from start to finish. 5* and more! From the time I first visited the showroom to the finished supply and fit, Centreline Fires were first class for customer advice, care and the final fitting. Kevin was very informative and patient whilst we decided which fire we would have (their showroom has such a fantastic selection). There was a small snag on the first fit when we realised that the existing liner needed replacing. Kevin and his team couldn’t do enough to assist, a liner was ordered and a second fit date arranged. Keith and James had the unenviable task of completing that fit today, it was not easy at all for them because of a concrete weight bearing joist blocking where the decorative pipe needed to go. They truly had the patience of a saint, and whilst trying to solve the problem, were constantly reassuring me that all would be good by the time they had finished. They did an amazing job and were a pleasure to have in our home. They took so much care over our carpets and furnishings and took all the boxes, old liner and bits of pipe with them when they left. They even put protective plates over our driveway for the cherry picker to sit on. They are a credit to the company. All the fitting checks and paperwork were handed to us, and they also register the work for you too. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Centreline Fires, and when our other fire gives up the ghost, we will definitely be returning. Thanks guys, we’re over the moon with our fire - we can chuck out our thermal underwear now!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Andy and his team did a fantastic job with some minor adjustments and a small repair which was needed. He not only turned up on time, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Andy was the original fitter for my fireplace and made sure he was always contactable should the need arise which it did. Andy liased with Centreline to ensure the correct parts were ordered. There was no mess whatsoever. I am even more delighted with my fireplace than I was before and I can't wait for it to get cold. Thank you Andy and team !

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

From entering the shop initially to the fire being fitted we have experienced excellent service from the information and guidance to the fire being fitted with very competitive prices. The staff have been friendly and welcoming and Andy and Lewis have fitted the fire and left the room really clean, a big thanks to everyone

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend
