We had our log burner and surround fitted yesterday. We visited the showroom several times for advice and to look at the displays before making a decision. The in-store team including Sylvia, Graham and Chris were all very knowledgeable and explained what options would be possible for us. We upgraded from the basic package, needed to have the gas capped off and also needed a cherry picker to access the chimney. The team coordinated all this and kept us informed. Our fire and surround were fitted by Jamie and Adam. They were very careful to protect our furniture and carpet from the inevitable dust created on opening up the chimney breast and removing the backfill from the previous gas fire. They were polite and professional and worked hard and quietly to complete the whole job, including patching in on the same day. They then tidied up and educated us how to use the fire. We are delighted with our new fire and fireplace and would definitely use this company again. Thank you to the whole team!

After a lot of research, we ended up buying our fire from Centreline. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and very pleasant. We are delighted with our fire. These things are not cheap, so having people like Graham and Kevin to deal with & guide us through the minefield made it slightly less painful! The showroom is amazing, I would recommend them to anyone.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. Visited several other fire installers locally and were not impressed with either the indifferent staff or expensive quotes, then travelled a little further to Centreline Fires, Wallasey. Big difference with the welcome from both Chris on the first visit and Graham on the second compared to the others we had visited. Very helpful and very good quote for the multi fuel stove with full installation. The 2 installers, Adam and Jamie were great. Very friendly and carried out an excellent professional installation. Didn’t stop all day except for the occasional brew, thanks all. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation process and highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.
