I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Jamie and Adam fitted our multi fuel stove perfectly. This was all done with expertise, they removed the old fireplace, repositioned the opening to make it central and replaced the old liner. I couldn't be more impressed with the work they have done. The lads were so polite and friendly always happy to answer my questions and provide expert guidance when needed. We went to Centerline Fires on recommendation from our friend who had a gas stove fitted, we were impressed with the work in her house and we are glad we chose this firm. If you are looking for a new fireplace give them a visit.

Keith and Charlie were a pleasure to have in my home. Not only excellent at their craft they talked me through the process and quickly made me feel confident about their work. They have cleaned up brilliantly, taught me how to safely use the multi fuel stove and been very patient with my questions. I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I decided to go with Centreline to install my stove because of the outstanding reviews here and they definitely lived up to expectations. Kev and the team in the showroom were friendly and helpful and managed to get my installation booked in within a week due to a cancellation. The installation team arrived on time and were clearly really good at what they do. They even managed to keep everything pretty clean and tidy in what was a messy job! Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We had a log burner installed by Centrelines and it's absolutely amazing - we literally could not be happier with it! Absolutely faultless service. We initially visited their showroom and we were taken through all the options based off what we were looking for, which was incredibly helpful. We had a lot of questions as this is the first one we've ever had and they were fab with us, no question was a stupid question! The installation was done by HETAS installers, the house was left so tidy and it was all done in a day - the guys also took the time to show me how use it and tell me everything I needed to know. It looks amazing and the heat off it is incredible (our dogs love it!). Thank you so much!
