The Canterbury Gas Fireplace is part of the Gas Stoves in the Broseley collection. The Gas Fire range of stoves combines ease of control with enough output to heat a room effectively thanks to the sturdy construction and the efficiency of the burners.
The Canterbury Gas Stove proportions allow it to sit happily on a standard-sized hearth and radiate all the heat a typical room requires for comfort and joy. The Canterbury gas stove has a warming 3.9kW heat output and a 79% efficiency rating.
This gas stove is made from hardwearing cast iron and features a large window for viewing the flickering flames and stunning anywhere in the room. The Canterbury Gas Fire is suitable for class 1 & 2 chimneys and precast flue blocks.
Safety features with any in-house fire are extremely important.
The Canterbury Gas Fire has an oxygen depletion detector which, when the oxygen content drops to 18%, usually oxygen content is 21% and above, the fire will automatically shut off to ensure you and your family are kept safe.
There are various window options with the Canterbury Gas Fire. You can choose beautifully designed lattice or arched patterns depending on your interior needs.
Alternatively, you can opt for a plain glass window to enjoy the full width of the flames on the realistic ceramic coals.

After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic.
