Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Andy and Lewis did a really great job. Lovely guys managed all the mess from the minute they walked in the door and but sheeting down in the hall. Answered all our questions and worked around what finish we wanted once the fireplace was opened up. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing finish, great guys… but had a plastering problem, built the wall but I’ll say shortage of plasterers??? Cost me over a week of waiting and work and eventually got it sorted!! No compensation, No apology? For ref the job install date was 24/03/25 and build design No.9

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

From start to finish Centreline have been amazing. Great customer service from Graham and Kev. They also had an extra 10% offer too which was great! Fast, professional, knowledgeable, clean and friendly fitting by Andy, Lewis and Frankie less than a week later.
