I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Had a gas fire and surround fitted by Keith and Charlie. Was really impressed by how careful and thorough they were while fitting it. Unfortunately the next morning in the daylight we noticed a chip on the corner of the mantle. We got in touch with Centerline fires and within a week Keith and Charlie were able to come back and sort it. Excellent job, very pleased with the results.

So pleased that I went with centreline. Visited the showroom, spoke with Chris who went through all the options of having a multi burner, was really well informed. The team were easy to deal with on the phone when making the order and booking the job. Answered all the follow up questions I had. The guys who came to fit the fire, did an outstanding job, professional, hard working, tidied up, explained fire care and function afterwards. Thank you both so much. They patched and plastered the chimney breast on completion. It’s basically ready to decorate. I am so pleased everything met my expectations. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
