Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I would highly recommend Centreline Fires. Excellent service from initial enquires, installation and through to advice on use, care and maintenance. The removal of the old fire and installation if the new was fantastic - all done in 6 hours - with the house left cleaner than they found it! Thank you for doing such a great job.

I suspected, when looking for installers, that an off the shelf solution wouldn't work for me in my old property. From my first call with Sylvia exploring if it would be possible to keep my existing surround, to my long showroom guide with Chris and my number crunching with Graham, the showroom team were excellent in every respect. They were knowledgeable and patient while I wrestled with the options and finally decided on a new surround and a few upgrades that suited my taste and room. Fitting day dawned and Jamie and Adam arrived promptly at the time expected. The work was no walk in the park for them. The first discovery was that my fireplace extended into my cellars, this was solved with additional lintels. The second was a brick fall and the discovery that the mid-feathers in my 1880 build shared chimney had collapsed at some point in history necessitating a visit with my neighbour, all handled professionally and flue liner fitted successfully in consultation with their roofer. The next challenge was uneven walls and floor which made finding a level for the hearth a nightmare, and the final challenge was lining up the diamond patterned chamber that I'd chosen. All this to say that if you expect your property to be challenging (and even if you don't) you're in safe hands. These additional challenges were handled with good humour and a fantastic work ethic. They were clean and tidy and didn't stop from 9am until they finished around 5pm. I don't even remember them stopping for lunch. The included photos really don't do it justice because I've not finished touching up paint or put the room back together yet but it gives an idea of the workmanship and finished look. I'm honestly delighted and I'll be getting Centreline back to tackle the other room when I can. I would not go anywhere else.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Mike and Jay just finished installing two wood burners for our new home. Can’t recommend these guys enough, they were amazing! They talked us through every step of the installation and even though our house may have had a few unexpected properties they had a solution for every problem. From start to finish Centreline have been amazing. Great customer service from Graham and Kev. They also had an extra 10% offer too which was great! Fast, professional, knowledgeable, clean and friendly fitting by Andy, Lewis and Frankie less than a week later. I wouldnt bother looking anywhere else if you want a competitively priced stove, excellent fitting and aftercare. Thanks very much to you all at Centreline....even the dog approves 😊

Members of staff where very polite and helpful. However, an item was missed off the quote by the showroom, which we didn't notice until the job was halfway completed, the item was offered after we highlighted the issue, however we budgeted for the original quote unfortunately, so we agreed to continue following their original quote, the team however was very quick with support and correcting the confusion. Installers arrived on time. They gave clear instructions on how to use the fire. They were thoughtful and courteous about the fact my partner was working upstairs and needed minimal noise. We noticed after they left that the beam wasn't flushed to the wall as it was slightly separating due to the weight, once this was highlighted the company offered to correct the issue and they gave us the impression that they wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the job. 3 stars for the multiple issues but we have had good conversations with the team, if the gap is solved and servicing in the future is good, it will change to a 4 star.
