Chesney’s Beaumont 8WS MK 3 Series Wood Stove

We had our log burner and surround fitted yesterday. We visited the showroom several times for advice and to look at the displays before making a decision. The in-store team including Sylvia, Graham and Chris were all very knowledgeable and explained what options would be possible for us. We upgraded from the basic package, needed to have the gas capped off and also needed a cherry picker to access the chimney. The team coordinated all this and kept us informed. Our fire and surround were fitted by Jamie and Adam. They were very careful to protect our furniture and carpet from the inevitable dust created on opening up the chimney breast and removing the backfill from the previous gas fire. They were polite and professional and worked hard and quietly to complete the whole job, including patching in on the same day. They then tidied up and educated us how to use the fire. We are delighted with our new fire and fireplace and would definitely use this company again. Thank you to the whole team!

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Andy and his team did a fantastic job with some minor adjustments and a small repair which was needed. He not only turned up on time, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Andy was the original fitter for my fireplace and made sure he was always contactable should the need arise which it did. Andy liased with Centreline to ensure the correct parts were ordered. There was no mess whatsoever. I am even more delighted with my fireplace than I was before and I can't wait for it to get cold. Thank you Andy and team !

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. From start to finish this company has been absolutely fantastic, spoke to Chris on the phone he advised we go to the show room and have a look round and choose what we want, we turned up the next day where we were met by the wonderful Graham, Nothing was too much trouble I had him demented with 101 questions and he was happy to answer them all! He sorted everything on that first visit and within 2 weeks the fitters came. They arrived at 9am and it was all done by 4 pm and they never left a spec of dust behind. My fire looks amazing it has completely transformed my living room and I will recommend this company everytime. Thanks so much I love it
