I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

From entering the shop initially to the fire being fitted we have experienced excellent service from the information and guidance to the fire being fitted with very competitive prices. I had my stove installed yesterday. The fitting team ( Mike and Nige) were excellent. They both worked exceptionally hard, showed respect for the property, and cleared away all the site rubbish. They were polite and informative about using the stove and are both a real credit to the centreline team. From the start, Chris promised me a stress and seamless process, and wow, have the team at centreline delivered. No pressure selling, just honest advice and a bit of direction whilst visiting the showroom on all the options suitable to me. I would recommend Centreline without hesitation and will definitely be a return customer with any future projects. Thankyou centreline.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

We have just had a media wall and fire fitted by Centreline, and the end product is top class and amazing. Kevin and his team provided a highly professional and knowledgeable service from start to finish. The showroom is well laid out with plenty of choice, and on visiting the showroom, Kevin provided excellent advice on the options available. We decided to upgrade our media wall to include Venetian plastering, and it looks stunning. I highly recommend Centreline fires as the company for your new fire if you want a 5 star job done.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Can't speak highly enough of Centreline Fires. From Sylvia in the showroom who talked us through the different options and process, to Mike and Jay who came onsite and fitted it. Done and dusted in just over half a day, cleaned up after themselves, and talked me through it. We are chuffed to bits with the finished results!
