Chesney’s Solstice 5WS/LS Wood Stove

We recently had a log burner installed we are so happy with it and would highly recommend this company. Keith and Mikey went above and beyond excellent workers. Thank you.

I just had a new fire fitted by Centreline Fires. Top class fitters who were polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job, the finish is excellent and it looks stunning! Thank you. 😄

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Just had my multi fuel package fitted by Andy and Lewis . I’m delighted with all aspects from first visiting the show room right the way through to fitting everything has been first class . Andy and Lewis worked so hard and cleaned away all the debris leaving the room all clear . Thanks again Guys I would definitely recommend this company 5⭐️

Perfect from start to finish so very helpful Jamie and his team left the whole room tidied with a beautiful fire thank you

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Centreline Fires have been absolutely fantastic from the very first enquiry through to the final installation. Ours was quite a complex project, involving both a woodburner and a gas fire, but nothing was ever too much trouble for their team. They guided us through the concept and design stages with patience and expertise, offering clear advice and practical solutions at every step. The installers were professional, tidy, and clearly took great pride in their work. The end result looks superb and performs brilliantly. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high standards of workmanship with genuine customer care, but Centreline Fires manage both effortlessly. Their pricing was also very competitive, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Centreline Fires to anyone looking for a top-quality fire installation and a truly professional experience.

The service I received from when I first met Graham to the installation was first class. Keith and his young colleague Mike carried out the work in a very professional manner, and ensured everywhere was clean. I Would highly recommend Centreline Fires.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend
