I absolutely love my media wall. I’m so glad that I chose Centreline Fires as they were amazing from the initial phone call with Graham right through to the installation of the wall. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and gave good advice regarding the choice of fires and television bracket. I cannot fault my experience and would definitely recommend Centreline Fires to everyone.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

I had been to other shops for quotes and advice and was happy. I then kept seeing Centreline coming up in my social media a lot!! I took the trip over and from walking through the door I knew I was going to go through Centreline. The staff were amazing they knew exactly what I needed, other shops just told me I could have anything I wanted. These don’t, they looked at my photos and told me which fires are could have. I knew what I wanted and they were very good with pricing and advising me making sure I knew the extra cost of things. They came out a few weeks later and it was all done and dusted in two days. They fitters were great and very tidy. I am so happy with the result and must be the only person wanting cold weather!! I would highly recommend they were brilliant. All the way through the process.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Outstanding service from start to finish!! Kevin in the showroom was very knowledgeable, helping us choose the right fire and surround - whilst even entertaining the children in the showroom whilst we had a good look around!! Then Andy and his team who installed it couldn’t have done a better job, the finish is perfect and they didn’t leave a bit of mess! The fire exceeds all of our expectations - if you are looking for a fire, look no further - the best in the North West!! Thanks guys!
