Chesney’s Solstice 5WS/LS Wood Stove

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Had my multi fuel burner fitted by Centerline, all done and sorted in one day, really nice crew did the work, very respectful of the property and clearly took pride in their work, will be getting another installation done by them soon. A neighbour has already been to have a look and is impressed, think they will be booking soon.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Keith and Charlie were a pleasure to have in my home. Not only excellent at their craft they talked me through the process and quickly made me feel confident about their work. They have cleaned up brilliantly, taught me how to safely use the multi fuel stove and been very patient with my questions. We had an excellent experience at Centreline Fires. The showroom has a variety of fires, with different options on build design, many of which include wall hung TV's. The sales force are helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Once we had made a decision, fitting was arranged without much delay. The fitters were prompt and efficient, discussing options with us to ensure that we were happy at every stage and there was good communication with the showroom during the fitting process. The finished build is just what we were hoping for, so overall, a good product and great service.

Absolutely made up! From start to finish the process was easy with plenty of options given along with information by staff in store. I got the stove package and upgraded to the Chesney Beaumont 5, which i highly recommend . Keith and Charlie who fitted the stove were an absolute pleasure educating me on everything as they worked through. They worked extra to ensure the job was complete in a day always with smiles on their face. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends and theres a clear reason why they are the highest rated on the Wirral !

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!
