We spoke to Graham, who was great. He took us through the package options and was very helpful when it came to making our choice. Keith and Lewis (the fitters) arrived today and were amazing, they did an excellent job. I knew I was going to love it but I underestimated just how much. 😍❤️ They went above and beyond expectations and I'm over the moon with the finished product. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. The gang a Centreline Fires were amazing, not trying to make a big sale from me. They made sure I got what I wanted and for the price I wanted it for. Chris in information and sales knew his stuff. Verified Centreline Review Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline
