I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Visited several other fire installers locally and were not impressed with either the indifferent staff or expensive quotes, then travelled a little further to Centreline Fires, Wallasey. Big difference with the welcome from both Chris on the first visit and Graham on the second compared to the others we had visited. Very helpful and very good quote for the multi fuel stove with full installation. The 2 installers, Adam and Jamie were great. Very friendly and carried out an excellent professional installation. Didn’t stop all day except for the occasional brew, thanks all. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation process and highly recommend Centreline Fires to anyone.

I had a stove fitted today. I can’t remember the two lads names that did the work, but they were class throughout. Professional and very meticulous. They worked very hard to ensure the job was done to a very high standard and gave a detailed breakdown of how it all works and what kind of aftercare was needed which I appreciated. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Had the stove package fitted on the 28th of January 2025, lads arrived promptly, very professional, done the job as described and tidied up and explained how to use the stove in detail before leaving.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Jamie and Adam fitted our multi fuel stove perfectly. This was all done with expertise, they removed the old fireplace, repositioned the opening to make it central and replaced the old liner. I couldn't be more impressed with the work they have done. The lads were so polite and friendly always happy to answer my questions and provide expert guidance when needed. We went to Centerline Fires on recommendation from our friend who had a gas stove fitted, we were impressed with the work in her house and we are glad we chose this firm. If you are looking for a new fireplace give them a visit.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
