Bellfires Derby Large 3

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We recently had a log burner installed we are so happy with it and would highly recommend this company. Keith and Mikey went above and beyond excellent workers. Thank you.

I just had a new fire fitted by Centreline Fires. Top class fitters who were polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job, the finish is excellent and it looks stunning! Thank you. 😄

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Amazing results from Adam and Jamie, both lovely guys and really professional! they transformed our living room with a log burner. No hidden costs, no issues, and excellent quality of work and attention to detail leaving us so happy with the final results! Would recommend!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

We had our log burner installed yesterday and the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. An excellent job from prep through to install and cleanup. The installer took the time to show me how to operate the stove and answered all my questions. I attended the showroom twice before we made our purchase and both times, the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Centreline made the process super easy from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Centreline Fires to anyone looking for an install. Thanks guys! We’ll be back soon for fireplace number 2!

We had our log burner stove installed by Jamie and Adam from Centreline Fires who worked endlessly throughout the day and have done a fantastic job! They, and everyone we’ve dealt with at Centreline, were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Jamie and Adam ensured they kept furniture covered and tidied up after their work. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Keith and Charlie were a pleasure to have in my home. Not only excellent at their craft they talked me through the process and quickly made me feel confident about their work. They have cleaned up brilliantly, taught me how to safely use the multi fuel stove and been very patient with my questions. I love the look of the stove and appreciate all of the advice I was given at the showroom. I will highly recommend Centre Line, alongside these fabulous fitters, to my friends and family. Thanks so much.

I recently had a log burner installed, and I'm thrilled with the results! The installation team was professional and efficient, completing the job in less than a day! They took the time to explain how everything works and ensured the area was clean afterward. Highly recommend Centreline Fires!

Members of staff where very polite and helpful. However, an item was missed off the quote by the showroom, which we didn't notice until the job was halfway completed, the item was offered after we highlighted the issue, however we budgeted for the original quote unfortunately, so we agreed to continue following their original quote, the team however was very quick with support and correcting the confusion. Installers arrived on time. They gave clear instructions on how to use the fire. They were thoughtful and courteous about the fact my partner was working upstairs and needed minimal noise. We noticed after they left that the beam wasn't flushed to the wall as it was slightly separating due to the weight, once this was highlighted the company offered to correct the issue and they gave us the impression that they wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the job. 3 stars for the multiple issues but we have had good conversations with the team, if the gap is solved and servicing in the future is good, it will change to a 4 star.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

PROMPT FRIENDLY !!! GREAT GUYS CLEAN AND SURPERB JOB! SO GOOD I BOUGHT TWO!! PICTURES TO FOLLOW 5 STAR !!!

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.
