Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Graham was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom. He had great advice but wasn't pushy in any way and listened to what I was looking for, as well as about some potential issues with the gas pipes in the chimney breast. Getting booked in for fitting was straight forward and included everything from brickwork to the moving of gas pipes, taking away and clearing all the debris. Jay and Charlie arrived promptly on the day of fitting and were brilliant, working non stop! Everything was done to a really high standard and I won't hesitate to recommend Centreline Fires as the place to go. Thank you so much, it's exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly good value for money.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too.
