I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

The installers were professional, tidy, and clearly took great pride in their work. The end result looks superb and performs brilliantly. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high standards of workmanship with genuine customer care, but Centreline Fires manage both effortlessly. Their pricing was also very competitive, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail. requested a quote for installation of a specific gas fire but didn't go ahead, asked them to quote me again a couple of months later because they had a 10% off offer, they actually quoted me more strangely, their installation price increased to £450 from the original £195 and the fire i wanted had increased by exactly 10%. very dishonest tactics and will not be moving forward with them due to this.

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

Keith and Charlie were a pleasure to have in my home. Not only excellent at their craft they talked me through the process and quickly made me feel confident about their work. They have cleaned up brilliantly, taught me how to safely use the multi fuel stove and been very patient with my questions.
