Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I just had a new fire fitted by Centreline Fires. Top class fitters who were polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job, the finish is excellent and it looks stunning! Thank you. 😄

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Excellent service from start to finish. We visited Centreline Fires to look at replacing our gas fire with an electric one, after having a number of issues with our gas fire which was previously bought and installed from another fireplace store. The service we received from both the staff in the store and the fitters was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the finish.

Make sure you get what you ask for, We didn’t, …yes the work was done very well, the fire works beautifully, the guys were great, however the overall look of what we discussed with Graham, photos sent etc, wasn’t achieved. He told us to tell the fitters what we wanted. Having a very wide chimney breast, 203cm we wanted a nice wide opening for log burner, so we could store logs either side. What we got was a standerd 76cm wide opening, the burner is 46cm wide leaving 7.62 cm on either side. We were told it couldn’t be done, we have had 2 other people in to see if that’s the case, a builder and an established log burner installer. Both said we could’ve had any width we wanted within the breast width. We felt what we got was the easiest option.

Fantastic from start to finish. Jamie and Adam were fabulous fitters. Friendly, helpful, tidy. Explained everything and how to use the stove. I can’t fault these guys. If I ever need another one I know where to go.

We have had our wood burner/media wall installed over the past 2 days, and we are absolutely over the moon! We couldn’t have asked for a better job. From start to finish Jamie and Adam the fitters were faultless! Hats off to the lads they cracked on hassle free! Very polite and easy to chat too. Any questions I asked they answered professionally. Then run me through the steps on how to heat cycle the fire at the end of the job. Well done to the pair of them! And Centreline for getting me booked in fast and easy as soon as they could.

Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.
