I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

Centreline Fires were absolutely fantastic! Keith, and team did a brilliant job, and went above and beyond for fitting our fireplace. From the get-go, speaking to Graham in sales, the whole team were approachable, friendly, super informative and great to talk to. We had an old gas fire chamber, which needed widening, and some height added in order to fit the chamber board (fireboard) and stove itself, along with oak timber, and hearth (plus flue lining, cowl etc) They broke down what was needed, built back up where necessary. They cleaned to an extremely high level, and removed all debris. My girlfriend, child, and I were super happy with the transformation this has made to our living room, and we will absolutely be recommending Keith, and team as part of any on-going works for anyone, be it residential or commercial. Your work ethic, honesty, and customer service is highly commendable, and highly sought after - so thank you again!

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.

I suspected, when looking for installers, that an off the shelf solution wouldn't work for me in my old property. From my first call with Sylvia exploring if it would be possible to keep my existing surround, to my long showroom guide with Chris and my number crunching with Graham, the showroom team were excellent in every respect. They were knowledgeable and patient while I wrestled with the options and finally decided on a new surround and a few upgrades that suited my taste and room. Fitting day dawned and Jamie and Adam arrived promptly at the time expected. The work was no walk in the park for them. The first discovery was that my fireplace extended into my cellars, this was solved with additional lintels. The second was a brick fall and the discovery that the mid-feathers in my 1880 build shared chimney had collapsed at some point in history necessitating a visit with my neighbour, all handled professionally and flue liner fitted successfully in consultation with their roofer. The next challenge was uneven walls and floor which made finding a level for the hearth a nightmare, and the final challenge was lining up the diamond patterned chamber that I'd chosen. All this to say that if you expect your property to be challenging (and even if you don't) you're in safe hands. These additional challenges were handled with good humour and a fantastic work ethic. They were clean and tidy and didn't stop from 9am until they finished around 5pm. I don't even remember them stopping for lunch. The included photos really don't do it justice because I've not finished touching up paint or put the room back together yet but it gives an idea of the workmanship and finished look. I'm honestly delighted and I'll be getting Centreline back to tackle the other room when I can. I would not go anywhere else.

Great service from a knowledgeable team. Installation was over two days and everything was left spotless. I would recommend Centreline for your media wall or log burner.

Fire fitters arrived on time, sheeted up and moved some furniture. Set about their work quickly, efficiently and politely. When an issue arose re our chimney breast the problem was discussed and solution agreed. The instal was completed mid afternoon with a comprehensive handover and explanation of how to light, use and maintain the fire. The room was left clean and tidy with all waste removed from site. This is how trades should operate. The whole process, buying, fitting etc was comfortable with no pressure but professional throughout. Well done all concerned.The fire surround has not been plastered, we aren't sure how we want to finish it all off yet so was left at our request.
