Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communicated via WhatsApp with showroom team. So easy and catered to our every need and query. Such a quick turn around from first message to completion. Mike and Adam installed the log burner and they were great. Really friendly and cracking workmanship. The debrief after installation was really thorough and detailed. Couldn’t find fault with any of the process. Great price, great quality and great team. Highly recommend

I had read many of the reviews and wondered how good could a company be.. I was therefore a bit sceptical but because I had a personal recommendation decided to go with Centreline. From start to finish the whole team were well organised, considerate and highly professional. Full marks to Graham for organisation, Eddie the roofer for chimney stack repair and Mike and James for the stove installation. Thanks to all involved, I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with centreline.

From start to finish the whole „experience“ with centreline fires was great. We saw an offer on Instagram and requested more information, next day received a call and some helpful recommendations. Same day we looked at the options in the showroom and agreed an installation date just a few weeks after. Our old stove must have given everyone a headache but the installation team (Jamie and Adam) did a wonderful job and we even got some good advice on how to use the new stove in the best way. The two installers did work very efficient and left our place really tidy. Would highly recommend!!

We have just had a media wall and fire fitted by Centreline, and the end product is top class and amazing. Kevin and his team provided a highly professional and knowledgeable service from start to finish. The showroom is well laid out with plenty of choice, and on visiting the showroom, Kevin provided excellent advice on the options available. We decided to upgrade our media wall to include Venetian plastering, and it looks stunning. I highly recommend Centreline fires as the company for your new fire if you want a 5 star job done.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. From start to finish the service from Centreline Fires has been top notch. Andy and Nigel who installed our burner were totally professional. They explained the process and gave us options where possible, cleaning up as they went along. And they were nice fellas to boot. All in all it was the right decision to use Centreline Fires. Also, Chris at the showroom gave us excellent advice, which helped us make the right choice of burner for our room. I highly recommend.

Hi Graham I am not one to write reviews but wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new fireplace and log burner. After a dreadful job by a company in Chester who badly designed a media wall with an electric fire which was awful, they were not interested in rectifying the job, we needed to start again. I was nervous about this as we had such a bad experience but I have to say, I needn’t have worried. From Walking into the showroom and speaking to Kev, we were reassured, the quality of the fires and surround was evident. The communication and workmanship fantastic. For anyone thinking about a fire; surround or media wall, I highly recommend you go to Centerline

We had a chimney breast and electric stove fitted yesterday by Jamie and his Dad. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a terrific job. They turned up on time worked consistently throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble for them. We love our new fire place and from start to finish centreline was a brilliant and professional company to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

I have just had a log burner fitted buy Centerline it looks lovely, I am really pleased with it, the work is excellent and the staff were friendly and never stopped all day, I would highly recommend them.

Had a multistove installed today. It took a week from picking the items to having them installed. Cannot fault this company. I was booked in, on the day they turned up early to start the job and worked until the job was complete and the customer was happy, which we are. The price was very good too. Keep up the good work, guys.
